3D Printing
3D Printing has become my primary hobby in recent years. It started when my husband purchased an ADIMLab Gantry Pro for my birthday, and I have now upgraded to a Creality Ender 6 that has been modded. Here is a summary of the upgrades I have done:
Creality Ender 6 (Main Printer):
- Z-Axis stabilizer
- New Delrin wheels
- BIQU H2 V2 Direct Drive Extruder in a reverse Bowden tube configuration
- Upgraded parts cooling fan and Claw duct
- Creality CR Touch Automatic Bed Leveling wired directly to the mainboard
- TM3D firmware (Marlin)
- PEI flex plate build surface
- LED Strip Lighting
- OctoPrint
ADIMLab Gantry Pro:
- 3D Touch Automatic Bed Leveling
- All-metal heat break
- Relocated electronics and display onto the main frame of the printer
- PEI flex plate build surface
- Envirolaser community firmware (Marlin)
- OctoPrint
